This position requires a highly skilled individual to support our mining service operations effectively. You will act as the primary contact between service departments and Caterpillar, facilitate failure analysis, and propose actionable solutions. Additionally, you will be tasked with writing technical reports, providing regular updates, and conducting training sessions for staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for mining service operations

• Act as liaison between service departments and Caterpillar

• Conduct failure analysis and produce detailed reports

• Write site visit and technical documentation

• Participate in Product Problem Management initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in heavy equipment diagnostics

• Heavy Equipment License or equivalent

• Familiarity with Caterpillar Mining products

• Proficient in English and French communication

• Valid Passport and Driver’s License
