At Tacora Resources Inc., we are hiring a 2nd Class Power Engineer Supervisor to manage the Steam Plant at our Scully Mine facility.

Your role will involve ensuring the team's adherence to safety standards while conducting effective operational oversight. You will assist in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and developing maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance

• Mentor team members for continuous improvement

• Coordinate maintenance activities and shutdowns

• Assist in budgeting and resource management

• Maintain documentation for operational standards

Requirements:

• 2nd Class Power Engineering certificate preferred

• Supervisory experience in a steam plant setting

• Strong communication and mentoring skills

• Excellent troubleshooting and operational skills

• Class 5 Driver’s License mandatory
