This position involves evaluating adult offenders under various supervision orders. You will implement best practices in case management to create intervention plans that target behavioral change. Key Responsibilities:

• Assess adult offenders’ needs for supervision

• Prepare pre-sentencing reports and legal documents

• Develop plans to address criminogenic factors

• Implement interventions and monitor compliance

• Refer to community programs for ongoing support

Requirements:

• Completion of a degree in behavioral sciences

• Experience in assessment and intervention practices

• Knowledge of available support programs for offenders

• Ability to think critically and exchange information

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with Enhanced Security Clearance
