Key Responsibilities- Inspect vehicles and determine repair scope based on documented findings
- Write clear, accurate repair estimates and repair plans
- Communicate with customers, insurers, and technicians to align on repair needs
- Source required parts and update repair orders with current status
- Manage supplements by reviewing changes and revising documentation accordingly
- Balance workload in a fast-paced shop while supporting quality and safety standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and exceptional customer experience
- Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and estimation practices
- Detail-oriented documentation and accurate estimating skills
- Excellent communication skills with customers, insurers, and technicians
- Ability to track and update repair orders and coordinate parts sourcing
- Comfort working in a high-volume environment with a focus on quality and safety
