We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with proven success in construction industry sales. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, driving market growth, and building long-term relationships. You’ll collaborate with manufacturing leadership and the Outside Sales team to expand the company’s footprint and develop strategic partnerships.

• Build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers in high-potential industries.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in emerging markets.
• Lead market expansion strategies by researching prospects and analyzing competition.
• Work with the Outside Sales team to ensure a smooth lead-to-sale transition.
• Oversee the business development lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Report on business development activities, sales pipeline health, and market trends.

• 5+ years’ experience in business development, strategy, or sales within the construction materials or building industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within Texas.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
