Responsibilities

• Responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example, follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
• Ensure all store standards are met and maintain a positive, energetic work environment.

Qualifications

• Operate all equipment: stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete paperwork, clean equipment and facility.
• Communication skills: give correct written instructions; communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Mathematical abilities: add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; make correct monetary change.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Basic literacy, numeracy, and speaking skills (handwriting of names, dates, numbers as requested).

Physical Requirements

• Standing (most tasks performed from a standing position), walking, and occasional lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds; pushing and pulling heavy trays.
• Forward bending, reaching, squatting, and climbing stairs or ladders as required.
• Exposure to varying temperatures, hot surfaces, and food odors.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while standing and moving.
