A respected Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking a skilled
BAS Controls Construction Manager in Waco, TX.This position oversees BAS construction, retrofit, and integration projects across both mission-critical and commercial facilities.

• Compensation: $110K–$160K (DOE) + ~20% Bonus

• Oversee BAS retrofit, construction, and integration projects in mission-critical environments.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, staffing, and subcontractor coordination.
• Ensure safe field practices and adherence to industry codes and standards.
• Supervise building automation, HVAC, and facility control system upgrades.
• Review drawings, blueprints, schematics, and other construction documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot installation and construction issues to maintain project timelines.
• Deliver high-quality projects on schedule and aligned with client expectations.

• Background managing BAS construction, retrofit, or integration projects.
• Strong technical expertise in building automation and HVAC control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and organize multi-disciplinary project efforts.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience with mission-critical, data center, or large commercial facilities is a plus.

• Base salary $110K–$160K DOE + ~20% bonus potential.
