HEI Civil in Waco, TX seeks an experienced Utility Foreman to lead field crews in underground utility installation projects. You will coordinate daily activities, ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion, and communicate with Project Managers.
The role requires reading plans and specs, organizing labor and equipment, and maintaining accurate production records. OSHA 30 and a valid driver's license are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
