National Railroad Safety Services, Inc. (NRSS) is seeking a dedicated Contractor in Charge (CIC) in Waco, TX to oversee construction, maintenance and safety compliance for railroad projects.
This essential role ensures work within railroad rights-of-way is performed safely and in accordance with FRA and other regulations. The CIC will supervise field crews, perform job briefings, coordinate with dispatchers, and maintain thorough records while traveling 50–85% of the time.
