Bilingual Client Experience Representative
American Amicable Group is seeking a bilingual Client Experience Representative (Spanish and English) to provide excellent customer service to policy holders, agents, and internal customers. The role calls for a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to assist every customer.
What You’ll Accomplish With Us- Communicate with customers through inbound and outbound phone calls, chats, written correspondence, and e‑mail to ensure successful resolution of inquiries and requests for policy information.
- Explain policy coverage information and provide details to customer questions and concerns.
- Determine which requests should be forwarded for review by other departments or management.
- Provide follow‑up to customers when needed. Update policies and complete service logs daily.
- Maintain a positive demeanor in a high‑call‑center environment, working independently and as part of a team to help meet goals.
- Conduct company business in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Behave ethically and with integrity, always following the principles of the Compliance Program.
- Strong phone and active listening skills.
- Strong computer and MS Office skills; ability to learn other software quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid research and problem‑solving skills; ability to keep work organized and prioritize.
- 1 year of customer‑service experience, preferably in a call center.
