New Client Specialist
Daniel Stark, LLP is seeking a New Client Specialist to engage potential clients, gather critical information, and guide them through hiring our firm.
Job SummaryThe first impression our firm makes to potential new clients is through new client specialists. By providing care and compassion they create a safe space for callers to share their stories, pinpoint critical facts, and determine whether Daniel Stark is the right firm.
Responsibilities- Evaluate incoming leads with urgency
- Handle walk‑ins, phone calls, texts, and emails
- Gather critical information from potential clients in person or over the phone
- Develop a deep understanding of various injury cases
- Communicate with potential clients with meticulous detail and compassion
- Guide potential clients through the hiring decision with confidence
- Manage the sign‑up process for a seamless client experience
- Navigate lead channels and software for prompt assistance
- Organize appointments with new clients
- Draft, review, and mail letters as needed
- Ability to maintain control of a conversation with kindness and professionalism in person and on the phone
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, speaking and writing
- Compassionate and empathic personality
- Customer service background a plus
- Commitment of two years to the department before transfer to another department

- $15.00 – $17.00 per hour plus adjustments based on experience
