TSTC faculty deliver approved curriculum, content, and assessments in an applied learning environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Facilitate activities and discussions that engage diverse learning styles with targeted guidance and mentorship
- Interpret and administer assessments, offering constructive feedback to support student growth and learning outcomes
- Integrate technology effectively to enrich educational experiences
- Act as ambassadors for their programs and TSTC
- Demonstrate TSTC Core values of Excellence, Accountability, Service and Integrity with all stakeholders
Key instructional duties:
- Prepare and deliver high quality instruction and facilitate student learning
- Develop appropriate course syllabi, instructional plans, and organize daily classes with creative techniques
- Maintain accurate student records and uphold instructional environment safety
- Advise students, provide timely information, and collaborate with the Office of Student Success
- Participate in recruitment events and assist in program planning
- Demonstrate teamwork, courtesy, and flexibility for evening, weekend or summer assignments
- Verifiable work experience in the automation/manufacturing industry
- Strong Electrical/programming skills

- Fanuc Handling Tool Cert

- Verifiable professional experience may be accepted in lieu of other requirements as approved by the Vice Chancellor who oversees academic programs.
- Associate degree in a closely related field and demonstrated qualifications in the technology’s teaching discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in a closely related teaching discipline
