The Mentoring Alliance seeks a ministry-minded Youth Mentor to lead elementary students in enrichment activities after school. This part-time, non-exempt role runs 17–20 hours weekly and supports our faith-based mission to guide kids toward their full potential.
Youth Mentors should be at least 17 with a High School Diploma or GED, and are expected to obtain CPR/First Aid certification and pass a background check. Spanish-speaking ability is valued.
