A well-established Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking an experienced
BAS Application Engineer (Mid & Senior Level) in Waco, TX.This position focuses on programming, integrating, and commissioning BAS systems across mission-critical and commercial environments.

• Develop and program BAS controllers, logic blocks, and detailed sequences of operation.
• Prepare BMS submittals, as-built documentation, and control system drawings.
• Configure and integrate communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP.
• Provide remote technical support to project managers and field engineering staff.
• Commission programs, conduct functional testing, and confirm system performance.
• Utilize and enforce standardized engineering and programming methodologies.
• Coordinate BAS integration efforts with HVAC, MEP, and IT project teams.
• Troubleshoot BAS networks, servers, controllers, and IoT-based devices.

• Experience as a BAS Application Engineer, Controls Technician, or similar technical role.
• Strong skill set in BAS programming, system start-up, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with multiple BAS platforms;
  Tridium Niagara proficiency is a plus

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.

• Base salary $100K–$160K DOE + ~20% bonus potential.
