Harris Technologies is seeking an External Loads Engineer for our on-site facility in Waco, TX. You will analyze fixed-wing and rotary aircraft to generate and validate externally applied loads on the airframe, developing data and load cases for airframe models.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years in aircraft loads, strong FE skills, and MATLAB or similar scripting, plus familiarity with MSC PATRAN/FEMAP and Nastran.
