We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical P&L Review Analyst to oversee the review and analysis of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements. This role is responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various departments.

Responsibilities and Duties- Conduct thorough reviews of P&L statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Analyze financial performance trends, variances, and key drivers impacting profitability.
- Work closely with finance, operations, and accounting teams to investigate discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes by utilizing P&L trends and historical data.
- Develop reports and dashboards to track financial performance and key metrics.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
- Participate in month-end and quarter-end financial close processes.
- Assist in special projects, financial modeling, and ad-hoc analysis as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and ERP/accounting systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data.
