As a caregiver, you’ll provide essential non-medical assistance that helps seniors live safely, independently, and with dignity in their homes or care communities. You’ll be supported by a nurse-led team and owner involvement in every case, with training, encouragement, and resources to help you succeed.

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility, meals, etc.)
• Maintain client safety and report changes in condition
• Observe infection control and follow individualised care plans
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide safe transportation for appointments, errands, or outings
• Remind clients to take medications (as permitted by state law)
• Clock in/out and document all tasks accurately

• 1+ year caregiving experience (CNA a PLUS, but not required)
• Compassionate, dependable, and mission-driven
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, proof of insurance (for client transport)
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs, assist with mobility & transfers
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
