Job Description
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, daytime hours (8am-5pm). May volunteer for occasional Saturday based on patient needs.
- Position: Full-time.
- Location: 5301 Bosque Blvd, Waco, TX 76710.
- Start Date: Immediate.

- Experience: Not required, but a plus: childcare (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor), mental‑health roles (QMHP, behavioral health technician), camp counselors, paraprofessionals, caregivers, life‑skills assistants.
- High School/Associate’s Degree: $15.00 – $22.50 per hour
- Bachelor’s Degree: $15.00 – $24.00 per hour
- Master’s Degree: $16.00 – $26.00 per hour
- Fun Fact:
You’ll receive your first raise after obtaining your RBT certification, usually completed in about three weeks.

- Work one‑on‑one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play‑based ABA therapy.
- Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with your team.
- Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities.
- Stay active during sessions, moving constantly to stay engaged with children.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space.
- Be part of a supportive, mission‑driven team that celebrates progress and growth.
- Lift up to 30 lbs.
- Sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly with young children.
- Get on and off the floor frequently.
- Maintain an active pace throughout the day.
- Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe.
- At least 18 years old.
- High‑school diploma or GED.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
- Commitment to ABC’s core value of teamwork; may occasionally support a nearby sister clinic if it experiences a coverage need.
- Guaranteed full‑time hours.
