Job Description

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, daytime hours (8am-5pm). May volunteer for occasional Saturday based on patient needs.
• Position: Full-time.
• Location: 5301 Bosque Blvd, Waco, TX 76710.
• Start Date: Immediate.

• Experience: Not required, but a plus: childcare (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, tutor), mental‑health roles (QMHP, behavioral health technician), camp counselors, paraprofessionals, caregivers, life‑skills assistants.

• High School/Associate’s Degree: $15.00 – $22.50 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $15.00 – $24.00 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $16.00 – $26.00 per hour
• Fun Fact:
  You’ll receive your first raise after obtaining your RBT certification, usually completed in about three weeks.

• Work one‑on‑one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play‑based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and communicate with your team.
• Help kids learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities.
• Stay active during sessions, moving constantly to stay engaged with children.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe therapy space.
• Be part of a supportive, mission‑driven team that celebrates progress and growth.

• Lift up to 30 lbs.
• Sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly with young children.
• Get on and off the floor frequently.
• Maintain an active pace throughout the day.
• Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe.
• At least 18 years old.
• High‑school diploma or GED.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Commitment to ABC’s core value of teamwork; may occasionally support a nearby sister clinic if it experiences a coverage need.
