This role supports the Health Systems Director in managing key IDN relationships by serving as the primary day-to-day liaison, assisting with contract negotiations and renewals, and strengthening partnerships through timely follow-up and participation in industry events. It provides strategic support to the field sales organization by assisting with contract implementation, account-specific planning, and sharing market insights related to trends, initiatives, and M&A activity.

The position ensures smooth contract execution by coordinating internal communications, distributing tools and training materials, aligning field teams, and tracking adoption metrics. It also conducts formal business reviews to communicate performance, identify opportunities for increased contract uptake, and support value-added program implementation. Additionally, the role partners with Contracts & Sales Administration to manage operational aspects such as price activations, discrepancy resolutions, and contract documentation, including extensions and amendments.

• 5 years sales experience in biotech, pharma, medical device sales w/ focus on major accounts dealing with supply chain executives OR 5 years experience in Supply Chain, Operations, and/or Program Director experience under a Hospital or Health System
• 2 years corporate account development within healthcare (GPO/IDN/RPC) environment
• Valid Driver's License

The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to Life Net Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.

Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
