Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in the home health setting. You will use physical modalities and Enhabit’s specialty programs to improve mobility, independence, and daily living skills.
The role requires current PT licensure in the state, a preference for 1+ year of clinical experience, and a valid driver's license with automobile insurance to reach patients across assigned territories.
