Food & Beverage Manager

You’ll ensure each guest receives world-class service by managing all aspects of our food and beverage department, including our incredible staff. • Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff
• Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions
• Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy
• Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard
• Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus and appropriate pricing structures

• High School Diploma
• Experience with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred
• Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• 3+ years in food and beverage management or supervision

$60,000 - $65,000 salary + bonus
