Legends Global is hiring a Food & Beverage Manager for the Waco Convention Center. The position is salaried, exempt, reports to the Director of Food & Beverage, and is full‑time.

• Hire, train, and supervise all Food & Beverage servers, cashiers, and bartenders.
• Maintain labor costs and meet budget goals.
• Deliver service per each Banquet Event Order (BEO).
• Active participation in local hospitality community and professional associations.
• Attend in‑house event‑related meetings and communicate immediate changes with other departments.
• Maintain cleanliness and annual maintenance of all banquet equipment.
• Maintain a Health Department score of 90 or higher.
• Design creative buffet and coffee break décor.
• Maintain inventory control, order, receive, and manage beverage inventory.
• Handle payroll, cash handling, and banquet checks.
• Daily communication with the Food & Beverage Director, operations managers, and other convention center employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Supervise all hourly F&B staff and contract labor.
• Train all banquet and bar employees.

• At least four years of management experience in a banquet facility serving large events.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced oral and written communication skills.
• Strong orientation to customer service and teamwork.
• Results‑oriented with the ability to meet budgetary goals.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer skills, including Excel.
• Serve‑Safe certified.
• Creative buffet presentation skills with a focus on quality.
• Attention to detail and service orientation.

• Minimal stooping and lifting.
• Substantial walking and manual dexterity to operate office equipment such as a computer.
