We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Director of Human Resources to lead HR programs, practices, and operations across our North American organization. Based in Waco, Texas, this role supports employees and leaders across multiple locations throughout the United States and Canada.

You are a business‑minded HR leader who can move comfortably between strategic planning and day‑to‑day execution. You bring sound judgment to complex employee relations matters, build credibility with leaders and employees, and translate business priorities into practical people strategies that strengthen organizational performance, engagement, and accountability.

This is a highly visible HR leadership role with the opportunity to influence workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience across Uzin Utz North America.

You will partner directly with senior leadership and functional leaders while overseeing a broad HR portfolio that includes employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll oversight, organizational development, compliance, HR systems, and policy administration.

The Director of Human Resources leads and manages human resources programs, practices, and operations across multiple locations throughout the United States and Canada. Serving as a key business partner to senior leadership and managers, this position translates organizational priorities into practical HR strategies and programs that support business performance, workforce effectiveness, and employee engagement.

The Director provides both strategic and hands‑on leadership across employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, payroll oversight, organizational development, compliance, and HR policy administration. The role balances long‑term workforce planning and organizational development with day‑to‑day HR execution while supporting continued growth, operational effectiveness, and organizational change.
