As our Legal Tech Coach & AI Workflow Lead
, you’ll help shape how we work in the age of AI. You’ll lead trainings, roll out new tools, and simplify complex systems so everyone feels confident using them. A background in legal technology, operations, or process improvement is ideal. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, and familiarity with platforms like iManage, Net Documents, Litera, Relativity
, or AI tools such as Harvey or Lexis AI is a plus.

Lead engaging, practical trainings for attorneys and staff on legal tech and AI tools.

Roll out new systems—document management, time entry, AI and drive adoption.

Analyze workflows, remove friction, and design smarter, automated solutions.

Bridge the gap between legal, IT, and innovation
, keeping everyone aligned.

Stay ahead of trends—test tools, pilot new workflows, and suggest improvements.

Have experience training users and driving adoption.

Know how law firm workflows tick (or are eager to learn).

Enjoy problem-solving and challenging “we’ve always done it this way.”

Communicate clearly whether leading a room or helping 1:1.

• Hands-on with iManage, Net Documents, Litera, Relativity
  , or billing/time systems.

Curiosity about legal AI like Harvey, CoCounsel, Casetext, Lexis AI, or Copilot

Background in legal ops, knowledge management, or process improvement
