Director, Marketing Automation & Data Analytics

Responsibilities

• Marketing Automation Data Enablement Strategy:
  Partner with Marketing to leverage first-party data for marketing campaign triggers
• Develop a data enablement roadmap in partnership with Marketing for future campaign unlock
• Data-Driven Campaign Enablement:
  Architect and operationalize data pipelines and integrations that power real-time marketing triggers
• Ensure marketing campaigns are dynamically activated based on behavioral, transactional, and predictive data signals
• Partner with data engineering and IT teams to maintain data quality and latency standards for trigger-based campaigns
• Analytics & Insights:
  Lead the development of dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics to measure campaign performance and ROI
• Translate complex data into actionable strategies for marketing and business stakeholders
• Personalization & Segmentation:
  Utilize first-party and third-party data to create dynamic audience segments and personalized experiences

• 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics and automation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience enabling data-driven marketing triggers and event-based campaigns
• Experience integrating marketing platforms (e.g., Braze) with cloud data warehouses and lakes (e.g., via Cloud Data Ingestion or Currents)
• Experience with AI-driven marketing personalization
• Experience implementing A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates
• Experience with data governance and data governance tools
• Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, or AI-driven marketing solutions
• Knowledge of CDPs (Customer Data Platforms) and advanced segmentation strategies
