Please note that this position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

• Drive impactful projects to improve patient care in healthcare organizations by leading software installations and ensuring successful go-lives with Epic software.
• Travel across the US (and abroad if you’re interested) as part of a team that collaborates with hospital leadership, coordinates end-user training, and provides comprehensive post-go-live support.
• Present to hospital leadership, coordinate end-user training, and provide ongoing support with autonomy in decision-making and the backing of a supportive team.
• Work with a team that values innovation and aims to improve patient care through Epic software solutions.

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major)
• A history of academic and professional success
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with typical months including 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
• COVID-19 vaccination
