Electrolit Manufacturing USA (EMUSA) is a new, state‑of‑the‑art beverage manufacturing facility currently under construction in Waco, TX. The 640,000 sq ft. facility will operate 24/7 with a target start date of January 2026 and will manufacture and distribute 26 flavors of Electrolit™.

The primary responsibility of the IT Manufacturing Lead is to oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions that improve production efficiency and product quality. The role ensures that company technology aligns with business goals and supports operational efficiency, requiring an NDA. The lead reports to the Enterprise Infrastructure Manager.
Principal Duties- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals.
- Act as a liaison between technical and non‑technical staff, communicating concepts clearly.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs and project requirements.
- Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to align goals and drive cohesive efforts.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure (hardware, software, networking).
- Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving assistance to team members.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Prioritize tasks and manage projects to meet deadlines and allocate resources effectively.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and recommend integration into the organization’s systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.
- Perform additional responsibilities as directed by management.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, MES, SCADA and integration technologies.
- Familiarity with integration methodologies and tools (APIs, middleware).
- Fluency in English required; fluency in Spanish preferred.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum five years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of SAP required; SAP Certified Associate, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
