Must Haves- Minimum of 4-7 years of experience
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
- Troubleshooting Microsoft, Dell, Cisco and HP hardware
- Windows 7/8/10 troubleshooting experience
- Active Directory experience (password resets and adding/removing users and group policies)
- Ticketing system experience
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Computer Science
- SCCM – imaging and software deployment
- Cisco CCNA or Microsoft MCSA/MCSE
- A+ Cert
This person will be supporting internal users in their location 75% of their time. The other 25% of their time they will be traveling to nearby sites (around local area 45 minutes or so in any direction). They will primarily be supporting the manufacturing plants. The Network Support Analyst will be purchasing, installing and imaging computers and printers, as well as, troubleshooting any technical issues that arise (they will be doing no repairs.)
Additionally, this person will be taking care of the network – cabling, installing switches, configuring switches, installing wireless access points and wireless bridges. 40% of their time they’d be doing desktop support, 40% network support and 20% project work.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
