Amazon, one of the top 100 companies in the United States, has an immediate opening for an IT Equipment Coordinator in our Fulfillment Center (FC).

• Allocate and maintain IT equipment throughout the Fulfillment Center.
• Coordinate ordering, delivery, and audits of assets assigned to the IT department.
• Maintain general standardized housekeeping of all IT areas.
• Process RMA and repair for all devices under warranty.
• Support Junior and Senior Technicians in daily projects and activities.
• Report directly to the IT Manager for the Fulfillment Center.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of basic computer and network concepts.
• Experience with inventory management, asset tracking, and procurement.
• Background in troubleshooting and repair of PCs, thin clients, scanners, handheld terminals, laser printers, and Zebra printers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to stand/walk 10–12 hours per shift and bend and lift equipment throughout the shift.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, holidays, and rotating schedules from day to night.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Excellent customer service abilities and written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly self‑motivated, customer‑centric, and able to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.
• Ability to prioritize work based on department and production objectives.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $38,480/year in our lowest geographic market up to $49,920/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
