IT Equipment Coordinator

Amazon Fulfillment Center (FC)

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Function: Information Technology, Consulting, and Engineering

Responsibilities
  • Allocate and maintain IT equipment throughout the Fulfillment Center.
  • Coordinate ordering, delivery, and audits of assets assigned to the IT department.
  • Maintain general standardized housekeeping of all IT areas.
  • Support Junior and Senior Technicians on daily projects and activities.
  • Manage the RMA and repair process for all devices under warranty.
  • Report directly to the IT manager for the fulfillment center.
Basic Qualifications
  • Understanding of basic computer/network concepts and terms.
  • Experience with inventory management and asset tracking.
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing computers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to stand/walk for 10–12 hours at a time.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights, holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Physical capability to bend and lift equipment throughout the shift.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience maintaining inventory levels, storage, and procurement.
  • Experience troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals.
  • Experience troubleshooting laser printers and zebra printers.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and customer‑centric.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously.

    Ability to prioritize work based on department and production objectives.
Compensation

The base pay for this position ranges from $38,480/year in our lowest geographic market up to $49,920/year in our highest geographic market. Additional compensation such as equity and sign‑on payments may be provided. For more information, visit Amazon Employee Benefits page:
