About the Role

We are seeking a Litigation Support Specialist to support our litigation teams with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint driven trial preparation and presentation. This is a role for someone with solid litigation support experience who enjoys being hands on, detail oriented, and closely involved in trial work. PowerPoint is not a secondary skill in this role. It is a core competency.

Our attorneys rely heavily on clear, accurate, and visually effective PowerPoint presentations in hearings and trials. This position plays a direct role in shaping how our cases are presented and understood.

Key Responsibilities
PowerPoint and Trial Presentation
  • Design, build, and maintain high quality PowerPoint presentations for trials, hearings, mediations, and internal case strategy sessions
  • Translate complex facts, timelines, expert materials, and data into clear and persuasive visual presentations
  • Create, format, and manage trial exhibits, demonstratives, timelines, and graphics within Power Point
  • Ensure presentations are accurate, polished, consistent, and courtroom ready
  • Provide real time support for presentation updates and edits as cases progress toward trial
Document and Case Management
  • Manage litigation documents including indexing, coding, scanning, and organization
  • Prepare and organize materials for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
  • Support document intensive matters with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Trial Preparation and Support
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation including exhibit lists, witness binders, and demonstratives
  • Provide on-site trial support including management of PowerPoint based trial presentations and courtroom technology
  • Coordinate trial logistics and technology needs in fast paced environments
Collaboration
  • Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other litigation team members
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in fast paced trial settings
  • Anticipate needs and support case teams as matters progress toward trial
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Three to five years of litigation support experience in a law firm or trial focused legal environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is required
  • Demonstrated experience creating trial ready presentations and visual exhibits
  • Experience with trial presentation and litigation support tools such as Trial Director, OnCue, and Depo View
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel for trials up to four nights as needed
