- Manages a team of Project Managers.
- Responsible for quality projects being built on time and within budget.
- Ensure scope changes are processed and incorporated into the current scope of work in a timely manner.
- Reviews various reports to determine project status and determine actions required.
- Provides periodic status and end‑of‑contract cost and budget analysis.
- Conducts weekly meetings with the Field Leadership team.
- Consistently meets with the customer to manage the priority of tool installations within the schedule.
- Continually maintains the Project Status Log.
- Communicates all project issues to the appropriate level of management in a timely manner.
- Assembles the estimate for the project and reviews the final estimate to ensure the proper loading of those numbers into the project cost system.
- Prepares and submits monthly contract billings to ensure proper cash flow during contract performance. Monthly billings will capture monthly progress as well as remeasured tool values under a Unit Price MEI contract.
- Manages conflict resolution with customers, vendors, trades or Partners.
- Identifies and develops policies and procedures for continuous aggressive improvement.
- Assembles estimates for projects.
- Visits job sites or onsite offices, performs work inspections, checks job progress, and resolves project and contract issues.
- High School or GED is required.
- Extensive experience in managing MEP Subcontractors at a Facilities Manager level.
- Well networked within the MEP industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management or related field is preferred.
- 15+ years proven management experience with large building projects in the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing environment.
- Proven experience as Facilities Sr. Manager or relevant position.
- Industrial plant and process operations.
- Manufacturing facility experience.
- Higher Education experience is a plus.
- Well‑versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
