Manufacturing Engineer to join our production and engineering teams in Waco, TX. In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll collaborate with design and fabrication teams to streamline manufacturing processes, improve quality, and help bring innovative custom trailer designs from concept to completion. This is a hands‑on opportunity to make a real impact—combining technical expertise, process optimization, and teamwork in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

As a Manufacturing Engineer at Kinetic, you’ll bring a strong mechanical and process‑oriented mindset to a team that values craftsmanship and innovation. • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to support efficient trailer production.
• Collaborate with design engineers to ensure designs are feasible for fabrication and assembly.
• Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process flows, and quality standards.
• Support production teams by troubleshooting issues and providing technical guidance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
• Assist in layout planning, tooling selection, and workstation optimization.
• Maintain strong communication between engineering and manufacturing teams.

• Strong understanding of programming for CNC plasma and press brakes.
• Solid understanding of steel fabrication, machining, and assembly processes.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and process optimization is an asset.
• Proficient in Solid Works and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of manufacturing standards and safety regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
