Electrolit Manufacturing USA (EMUSA) is a new, state‑of‑the‑art beverage manufacturing facility currently under construction in Waco, TX. The 640,000 sqft facility is situated in Texas Central Industrial Park and will operate on a 24/7 schedule with a target start date of January 2026. The facility will manufacture and distribute 26 flavors of Electrolit™ , the fastest growing isotonic hydration beverage in the US.

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Position Summary

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods within the beverage manufacturing facility. The role ensures data accuracy in SAP and supports production, warehouse, and procurement teams in maintaining efficient material flow and timely order fulfillment. The position requires an NDA due to handling sensitive information.

Principal Duties
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date inventory records in SAP, including receipts, transfers, consumption, and adjustments.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts, investigating and reconciling discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure accurate material movements between locations (e.g., raw, WIP, finished goods).
  • Verify and record incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Collaborate with procurement and planning teams to monitor stock levels and identify potential shortages or overages.
  • Generate and analyze inventory reports from SAP to support operational decisions and audits.
  • Support month‑end and year‑end physical inventory counts.
  • Maintain proper labeling, organization, and housekeeping of all inventory storage areas.
  • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, and Safety standards.
  • Assist with process improvements related to inventory control and ERP data accuracy.
  • Other duties as assigned by Management.
Skills and Abilities
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Solid understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of production and logistics workflows.
  • Knowledge of Company Safety Policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Judgment and decision‑making capability.
  • Problem sensitivity and recognition of potential issues.
  • Critical thinking, deductive and inductive reasoning.
  • Strong written and oral communication skillset.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment (beverage or food industry preferred).
  • Experience working with SAP or another ERP system (required).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed.
  • Must be fluent in English;
    Spanish preferred.
Other Requirements
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
  • Must be able to comfortably use ladders and step stools.

Pay Range
