Electrolit Manufacturing USA (EMUSA) is a new, state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing facility currently under construction in Waco, TX. The 640,000 sqft facility will operate on a 24/7 schedule with a target start date of January 2026 and will manufacture and distribute the 26 flavors of Electrolit, the fastest growing isotonic hydration beverage in the US.
Position SummaryThe primary responsibility of the Machine Operator I is to safely and efficiently operate production equipment, including blow molders, fillers and supporting systems. This position will require access to sensitive information and an NDA will be required. The Machine Operator I will report to the Operations Supervisor.
Responsibilities- Assist in the operation of production equipment, including blow molders, fillers, and supporting systems under supervision.
- Learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Help prepare machines for production runs, including setup, cleaning, and basic inspections.
- Monitor equipment and production processes; alert supervisors of issues or deviations.
- Perform basic in-process quality checks and document findings accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to safety and food safety standards.
- Participate in training programs to develop technical and operational skills.
- Assist with routine reporting of production activity and machine performance.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.
- Written Comprehension/Expression - Read and understand information presented in writing and communicate clearly in writing.

- Critical Thinking – Use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of approaches to problems.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- Some manufacturing, warehouse, or mechanical experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with food or beverage production a plus.
- Fluency in English is required;
Spanish is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
