As a sheet metal helper, you will become part of a team of skilled employees who operate tools and machinery. Capstone is looking for motivated individuals with some experience in sheet metal fabrication. Operators set up and safely operate machinery to produce duct for customers. • Experience in Sheet Metal Fabrication Shop environment
• Ability to read, interpret and use a tape measure
• Ensure that efficiency is maximized while fabricating duct
• Select the appropriate type and gauge of sheet metal to be used in projects according to specifications
• Ensure safety is a priority on the job during all activities, including using tools and fabricating metal
• Positive work attitude
• Reliable

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good Math skills
• Ability to lift heavy materials and tools
• Ability to read, interpret and use a tape measure
