Asten Johnson’s Waco plant is seeking a Weekend Operator to set up, operate, and maintain production machinery on a Thursday to Monday schedule. Day and night shifts run 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, with a focus on safety, reliability, and quality production.
You will back up senior operators, train new staff, and help ensure continuous, efficient weekend operations while meeting production standards and safety protocols.
