Production Manager

Numbers tell a story, and at Apple we need a Production Manager fluent enough in OSHA Compliance to read it out loud for the whole room. Come own your work at Apple: $77,000 - $123,000, a supportive team, and 7 years of Lean Manufacturing put to good use.

• Prioritize the backlog when everything is labeled urgent by someone
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear strategy briefs
• Oversee budgeting cycles and hold teams accountable to spending targets
• Field the awkward question in the Q  and have the data ready
• Frame the tradeoff so a busy executive can choose in sixty seconds
• Own the HMI Configuration model that everyone quietly trusts to forecast next quarter
• Sit between CNC Programming and Lean Manufacturing teams as the person who makes the call

• High-growth problem-solving that doesn't wait for permission
• The diplomacy to align stakeholders who don't agree yet
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• The kind of listening that makes the other person feel heard
• Demonstrated calm when a Waco, TX client changes scope mid-stream

Apple makes OSHA Compliance look simple, which anyone in business knows is the fiercely-supportive hardest thing to pull off. Disagreement is welcome here, but once we decide, the whole Apple team rows in the same direction.

You’ll be supported by $77,000 - $123,000, strong health coverage, conference budgets, and a team that promotes from within.

Updated within the day, the Production Manager position keeps welcoming resumes.
