• Provide nursing visits according to physician treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records.

• One year of clinical experience and one year of home‑health experience.
• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program.
• Currently licensed as a Practical Nurse or Vocational Nurse in the state of agency operation.
• Valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
• Licensed driver capable of traveling to all business locations.
