Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – $2,000 Sign-on Bonus (Full-Time Only)

Provide direct nursing care to residents, supervise day‑to‑day nursing activities, and ensure compliance with all nursing policies and local regulations.

• Valid Texas nurse license.
• Valid CPR certification.
• I.V. certification preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long‑term care.
