• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where you will practice.
• If you hold a compact license, transfer it to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (with hands‑on component);
  Aveanna may assist with obtaining this after hire.
• TB skin test completed within the last 12 months.
• Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation.
