Noonday Gardens is a Waco-based outdoor visual design, fine gardening and landscape company specializing in custom plant design, installation, and ongoing maintenance for homes and businesses. We create vibrant, texture-rich green spaces that bring beauty and warmth to the local community.

As a Landscape Gardener / Plant Care Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in bringing beauty and life to Waco’s outdoor spaces. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Be a part of a team to complete plant-care and garden-styling projects
• Install and maintain artistic garden beds, seasonal displays, and container arrangements
• Care for premium indoor and outdoor plants - watering, pruning, fertilizing, monitoring health
• Use your artistic eye to create intentional, beautiful plant environments
• Assist with design concepts that reflect the Noonday brand
• Safely handle materials and equipment (lifting up to 50 lbs)
• Drive to various work sites in Waco (valid driver's license required)

No prior experience is required to join our team, but a love for plants, gardening and hard work are a strong plus!

At Noonday, we’re committed to creating an environment where our team members can thrive. Here’s what you can look forward to:

• Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 / hour depending on experience with a review at 90 days.
• Schedule: Consistent daytime hours [e.g., Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM;
  No weekends].
