Base pay will be determined by your skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) program.
Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale supports associates in their journey to U.S. citizenship by offering to advance fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, for qualified associates with at least one year of service.

- Ensures proper preparation, portioning, and serving of food according to standardized recipes and menus. Uses experience with cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware, along with knowledge of cooking procedures such as grilling, baking, and boiling.
- Adheres to sanitation and food safety standards. Maintains a clean kitchen.
- Prepares food in a timely manner at designated meal times.
