We’re seeking a talented and driven Executive Chef to lead our amazing culinary team. This role is ideal for a hands-on culinary leader who thrives in high-energy environments, values hospitality, and is excited to grow with an expanding brand.
What You’ll Do- Lead daily kitchen operations and execution of the Oyster & Seafood Bar concept
- Oversee menu standards, quality, consistency, and presentation
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing culinary team
- Create schedules and manage performance, coaching, and accountability
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, FIFO practices, and safety standards
- Maintain recipe accuracy, portion control, and cost awareness
- Confidently manage allergy awareness and dietary accommodations
- Engage with guests to elevate the dining experience
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, food costs, and operational efficiency
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Executive Chef or senior kitchen leadership role
- Experience in full-service, moderate to high-volume restaurants
- Strong knowledge of oyster bar and seafood operations
- Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Sales-driven and results-oriented
- Passionate about people, culture, and hospitality
- Adaptable and energized by a fast-paced, growing brand
