We’re seeking a talented and driven Executive Chef to lead our amazing culinary team. This role is ideal for a hands-on culinary leader who thrives in high-energy environments, values hospitality, and is excited to grow with an expanding brand.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead daily kitchen operations and execution of the Oyster & Seafood Bar concept
  • Oversee menu standards, quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing culinary team
  • Create schedules and manage performance, coaching, and accountability
  • Ensure proper food handling, storage, FIFO practices, and safety standards
  • Maintain recipe accuracy, portion control, and cost awareness
  • Confidently manage allergy awareness and dietary accommodations
  • Engage with guests to elevate the dining experience
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales, food costs, and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Executive Chef or senior kitchen leadership role
  • Experience in full-service, moderate to high-volume restaurants
  • Strong knowledge of oyster bar and seafood operations
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Sales-driven and results-oriented
  • Passionate about people, culture, and hospitality
  • Adaptable and energized by a fast-paced, growing brand
  • Leads with positivity, accountability, and consistency
  • Always seeking ways to improve quality, sales, and cost of goods
