Torchy’s is seeking a Prep Cook to produce all menu items according to our standards and recipes from the Taco Bible. You’ll work on masa production, tortilla pressing, and tortilla cooking on a flat top, while maintaining cleanliness and proper food safety practices.
You’ll set up and break down your station, track yields and weights, and follow HACCP guidelines. The role offers hourly pay with pooled tips and benefits for eligible team members.
