• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment safely.
• Receive, organize, and move merchandise, pallets, and supplies from distribution centers throughout the facility.
• Perform inventory flow management, tracking, and required documentation while minimizing shrinkage.
• Provide member service, acknowledge members, and resolve member issues using self‑service technology.
• Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following hazardous material procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Keep sales floor and merchandising presentation aligned with company policies—zone areas, stock, rotate merchandise, and set up product displays.
• Assist with club‑pick orders, staging, and occasional audits for accuracy.
• Identify and address shrink opportunities and workplace improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and other business partners to determine priorities and deadlines.

• 90 days of prior forklift experience with forklift certification.
• Ability to use pallet jacks safely.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Customer service experience.
• Retail experience.
• Experience supervising a team.

Premiums of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
