• Engage guests using the AE Selling Model, guiding them to products that fit their needs.
• Educate guests on AEO and Aerie product details and suggest fitting options.
• Introduce and promote the AEO loyalty program.
• Flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist teammates to complete the job and support teamwork.
• Adhere to AEO policies and procedures with integrity.

• Passionate about interacting with people and with retail environment.
• Energetic and able to manage multiple tasks in fast‑paced setting.
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Love AE & Aerie products and have prior retail experience.
• Minimum 16 years of age.
