• Base salary of $50,000 plus a lucrative commission plan.

• Maintain a high level of integrity and protect the Clayton brand.
• Constant learner with expertise in finance, mortgage concepts, product knowledge, sales acumen, and local market.
• Maintain customer files and provide timely follow‑up via the company’s CRM system.
• Assist with merchandising: selecting inventory, decorating models, and maintaining appearance.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan to increase home center traffic.
• Present potential buyers with home demonstrations and benefits.
• Schedule home center visits using prospect database and convert leads.
• Participate in all sales meetings and training opportunities.
• Collaborate in a team environment and assist with miscellaneous duties.

• At least 6 months of relationship‑driven B‑to‑C sales experience.
• General understanding of the retail environment.
• Ability to obtain appropriate manufactured home sales licensing.
• Learn and comply with legal requirements for manufactured home sales.
• Strong verbal communication, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Willingness to work required schedule, including Saturdays.
• Ability to walk the lot and show homes all seasons.
• Ability to move and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Subject to criminal background check and drug screening.
