Role OverviewHospitality Specialist: You will work in your local assigned territory and promote our full product suite while building positive relationships with local businesses and restaurant owners to help elevate their businesses. We seek motivated individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit who excel at developing new relationships, deeply understand SMBs’ biggest challenges, and desire to make a significant impact in their local communities.
Responsibilities- Serve as a local representative for Spot On, offering advanced technology to local business owners that enables growth.
- Travel within a designated geographical territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new local business owners and merchants.
- Manage the full sales cycle from start to finish with a growing portfolio of clients.
- Hit sales targets, focusing on selling software & point‑of‑sale solutions along with payment processing.
- Collaborate closely with our extended Sales Support team to reach monthly sales performance goals.

- 2+ years of B2B sales experience emphasizing small business owners, merchants, and restaurants.
- Proven track record delivering against sales goals with a metrics‑oriented, need‑to‑win attitude.
- Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory build‑out experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus.
- Maintain and manage client relationships in collaboration with internal support teams to ensure success & satisfaction of your customer portfolio.
- Ability to learn technology basics and apply them to business situations.
- Open to embracing feedback and holding yourself accountable.

Compensation- Full‑time, W2 position with on‑target earnings ranging from $120,000 to $275,000, inclusive of base salary and commission potential.
- Salary range is one component of a competitive package that includes RSUs.
- Commissions are paid weekly for new accounts signed; bonuses earned for hardware and implementation, monthly production bonuses, and customer retention.
- Offers will reflect candidate’s location and experience.
