Pay RangeBase: $98,000.00/yr – $/yr
Responsibilities- Establish a strong sales record and then transition into a mentorship position while maintaining personal sales performance.
- Set a high benchmark in sales, inspiring your team with results.
- Utilize leadership and training experience to nurture new talent, sharing knowledge and passion.
- Balance mentorship role with ongoing personal sales, demonstrating effective leadership through active participation.
- Minimum 3 years of full‑time experience in sales, customer service, or interactive roles.
- Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.
- Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team.
- Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.
- Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.
- Able to pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
- Has an active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program.
- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps, 3‑day sales cycle) plus monthly cash bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
